1. About OffCampusly

OffCampusly ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online job-discovery platform operated by Dipendra Kumar Sah, an individual proprietor based in India. OffCampusly aggregates off-campus job openings, internships and placement resources for students in one place.

By accessing or using OffCampusly, including creating an account or purchasing a premium membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What the platform provides

OffCampusly offers two levels of service:

• Free access: browsing the public job board, search and basic filtering of off-campus openings and internships.
• Premium membership: additional job-discovery features such as advanced job filtering, curated opportunities, application tracking, job alerts, and other digital platform features, as described on the premium page.

3. Premium membership

Premium membership is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks premium job-discovery features for the duration of the plan you select (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, at the prices shown at checkout).

Premium is a discovery and productivity feature set. It does not guarantee a job, interview, or hiring outcome, and OffCampusly is not involved in any recruitment decision made by any employer. Actual hiring remains between you and the company you apply to.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person; do not share your account or premium access with others. Accounts engaged in abuse, scraping, or reselling of premium content may be suspended.

5. Payments

All payments for premium membership are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. When you pay, a payment order is created, the payment is verified through Razorpay's cryptographic signature, and premium access is activated immediately after a successful payment.

Premium membership is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.

6. Job listings

Job openings listed on OffCampusly are sourced from public company career pages and hiring announcements. While we review listings before publishing, application processes, deadlines, salaries and eligibility criteria can change without notice. Always verify details on the company's official careers page before applying. OffCampusly is never the employer and never charges any fee to apply to a job.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute premium listings, alerts, or curated content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or non-public parts of the platform.
• Post or transmit spam, malware, or misleading information through any platform feature.

8. Intellectual property

The OffCampusly name, interface, curated listings and original content are owned by OffCampusly. Job details and company names belong to their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffCampusly's total liability for any claim relating to the service or a premium membership is limited to the amount you paid for that membership.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
