1. Who we are

OffCampusly is an online job-discovery platform operated by Dipendra Kumar Sah (individual proprietor), India. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and authentication details when you create an account.

Membership information: the plan you purchase, payment status, and membership validity period.

Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. We receive a payment identifier and confirmation of the amount and status — we never see or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV, or bank login.

Technical information: standard web data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service running smoothly.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To activate and manage your premium membership.
  • To send service-related emails such as sign-in, password reset, and premium activation confirmations.
  • To provide job alerts and premium features you have subscribed to.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.

4. What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
  • We do not share your information with advertisers.
  • We do not store your payment credentials — card, UPI and netbanking data stay with Razorpay under their own security and privacy standards.

5. Third-party services

Payments: Razorpay (payment processing, receipts and refunds where applicable). Razorpay's handling of payment data is governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy.

Authentication and database: managed infrastructure that stores accounts securely.

6. Data retention and your rights

We keep account and membership records only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us. Deleting your account removes your personal information; payment records may be retained where legally required.

7. Security

Accounts are protected by encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. Payment integrity is verified cryptographically before any premium access is granted.
